We started Impact Pressure Washing in 2025 because we got tired of hearing the same two stories: the guy who never called back, and the crew who showed up, blasted the siding, and left it streaked.
So we do it differently. You call us, not an office. Wes comes out and looks at it personally, then sends a trained crew with commercial soft-wash equipment to your property. We stay until it’s right.
We live here. Our kids go to school here. When we clean a driveway in our community, we drive past it every week. That’s why we’d rather come back and re-clean something than have you tell a neighbor we didn’t.

For most surfaces we don't use high pressure at all — we soft wash, which uses low pressure and a cleaning solution to kill algae and mildew at the root. We match the method to the material, every time. Nothing gets more force than it can take.
Pricing is by square footage and how heavy the staining is. Most driveways run $150–$350; most single-story house washes $350–$650. You'll get an exact number before we start, and it doesn't change.
